Grade A jadeite carved Tang Horse pendant with a sterling silver bail. The pendant is carved entirely out of a natural light blue or sky blue jadeite. The jadeite material has beautiful icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture that looks gelatinous, and outstanding luster. This is an aged/old mine jadeite material which is why it is so translucent and fine. The design of the carving is inspired by horse sculptures from the Tang Dynasty and is done all by hand with intricate details. The carving is double sided.
