Natural grade A Jadeite carved Pixiu pendant on a rope necklace that is adjustable up to 30" in length. This is a nice sized piece. Please refer to the photos for size and measurements. The jadeite is carved into a Pixiu which is a Chinese mythological creature that feeds on gold and jewels and keep them all in. Pixiu is said to help bring wealth and fortune and also possesses protective energy to its wearer. This Pixiu is carved by hand with beautiful designs and intricate details. The jadeite is a unique and special material. It has a very subtle light green color undertone with patches of golden orange marbling. Golden marbling is considered a lucky color. This material is 100% natural and untreated. It has icy translucent clarity, super smooth and fine texture and outstanding luster. There might be crystal lines/grains (a part of the natural crystal growth) within the material but we are unable to capture through photo. This pendant is tied onto a dark brown rope necklace.
