Natural grade A Guatemalan jadeite Ping An Kou pendant with sterling silver charm on an adjustable rope necklace. Ping An Kou is a donut shaped blessing amulet. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy.

This is not a large Ping An Kou, perfect for everyday wear. It is a retro-style modified Ping An Kou. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. The jadeite had dark and deep teal blue color. The material has icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture that looks like jelly and outstanding luster. Above the Ping An Kou, there is a sterling silver Pandora style charm. The charm features a 6mm light blue natural Guatemalan jadeite round cabochon. The cabochon is extremely clear and clean and appears to glow. The jadeite used are 100% natural and genuine with ZERO enhancement. This is tied on a hand-made rope necklace made with 1mm dark navy blue colored waxed cotton cords.
