Grade A natural icy Wuji jadeite beads and carved jadeite chain beaded bracelet with sterling silver clasp. Wuji refers to black marbling found in natural jadeite. It is NOT mineral inclusion. It is often compared to Chinese traditional black and white watercolor paintings for its unique picturesque patterns. It is also believed to possess protective energy and ward off negativity.

The bracelet features a carved icy Wuji jadeite Ping An Kou with interlocking chains attached to either side of it. Ping An Kou is a donut shaped blessing amulet. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy. The chains and the Ping An Kou are carved as one piece. The chain links are called dragon bone style links. There are two rings on each link. This type of carving requires experienced carving artisans and is extremely wasteful and time-consuming. The material has icy translucent clarity especially the chain section of it despite the dark color. It has very fine and smooth texture and excellent luster. The rest of the bracelet is made of icy Wuji jadeite round beads that are about 6mm in size and very well matching in size, color and quality. They are icy translucent with fine texture and great luster. The bracelet is on black colored non-stretchy ropes. It has a solid sterling silver heart design snap clasp that are super easy to operate. All beads are 100% natural with ZERO enhancement. The bracelet fits about 7” in length including the clasp.
