Grade A natural Jadeite carved Shan Shui Pai pendant with adjustable rope necklace. Shan Shui, in Chinese, means "Mountains" and "Waters". Shan Shui pendant typically has a landscape scenery carved/engraved on a piece of jadeite. It bears well wishes for one's personal and professional growth. The carving and engraving on this piece is completely done by hand with extraordinary design and intricate designs. This is a "large" sized pendant with wonderful thickness. The jadeite material used is a uniquely and naturally tri-colored jadeite. It has mostly bluish green color with golden brown marbling on the front, top and white marbling on the front, bottom. The jadeite has nice icy translucent clarity, very fine, pure and smooth texture and outstanding luster. Despite the thickness of the piece, light can travel through it completely. This material is 100% natural and untreated. Above the jadeite pendant, there is a natural wood bead as accent. The necklace weighs about 36 grams.
