Natural grade A Guatemalan Jadeite large bead and natural Dumortierite Quartz beads beaded rope necklace with sterling silver accent and closure. This is a very unique and amazing pairing. The necklace features a stunning natural purplish blue jadeite round bead that is about 12.3mm in size. Besides the impressive size and astonishing color, the jadeite has icy translucent clarity, extremely fine, pure and smooth texture that looks like jelly, and exceptional luster. On either side of the jadeite bead, there are two small sterling silver disc spacer beads as accent. The rest of the necklace is made of natural Dumortierite Quartz beads that are about 4.7-4.9mm in size. "Dumortierite quartz is a beautiful variety of quartz containing fibrous dumortierite inclusions, giving it unique deep blue, violet, or pink colors, often resembling fireworks trapped in clear or milky quartz." These are completely natural and the colors in these gemstones are just amazing. The beads contain natural blemishes and imperfections. The necklace is one a navy blue colored non-stretchy cords and has a sterling sliver clasp. The necklace is about 17" in length including the clasps. The entire necklace weighs about 17 grams.
