Natural grade A jadeite pendant on an adjustable rope necklace. The jadeite material has natural pastel/pale beige color. Under certain lighting, it shows subtle light green undertone. The material has nice icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture that looks like jelly, and excellent luster! There are some subtle white marbling within the material. The jadeite is cut into a Ping An Kou. Ping An Kou is a donut shaped blessing amulet. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy. This Ping An Kou has retro style engraving on both sides of the donut. The jadeite is 100% natural with ZERO treatment! This is a nice sized pendant with excellent thickness. It is about 30.7 mm wide and 8.24 mm thick, well over the standard 5mm for donut pendants. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. The donut pendant comes with a beige colored non-stretchy rope necklace that is fully adjustable up to 24" in length.
