Natural grade A jadeite carved Tang Horse pendant with a solid sterling silver bail. The pendant is carved entirely out of a natural icy jadeite that has light green color. This is a brighter shade of green, also known as "apple green". The jadeite material has nice icy translucent clarity, smooth and pure texture, and excellent luster. There are a few of dark green marbling spots. Please know that the jadeite does have visible crystal structure and there are two tiny surface dimples/pits, one on each side. This is marked and shown in closeup photos. The carving design is inspired by the horse sculptures from the Tang Dynasty and is done all by hand. The carving is double sided. It is 100% natural with ZERO enhancement. This is a good sized pendant with excellent thickness. Please see photos for actual measurements. It comes with a solid sterling silver bail.
