Natural grade A icy jadeite “petite” Ping An Kou or donut pendant with a solid S925 sterling silver adjustable chain necklace. Ping An Kou is a donut shaped blessing amulet. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy.

This Ping An Kou is made of natural "old mine" jadeite material that has pastel green undertone with intense green marbling. Besides the beautiful color and marbling, this material has icy highly translucent clarity, incredibly pure, fine and smooth texture that looks like jelly, and outstanding luster. Please know there are some uneven and slightly rough areas on the surface of the donut. The jadeite material is 100% natural and untreated. It comes with a solid S925 sterling silver box chain with a threader. It is about 0.6mm thick and fully adjustable up to 16". Above the donut, there is a small sterling silver bead as accent. The entire necklace weighs about 2 grams. This is not a large pendant and great for everyday wear. Please refer to photos for actual measurements.
