Grade A natural jadeite pendant with sterling silver accent on an adjustable rope necklace . The jadeite featured is cut into a “donut” shaped blessing amulet, also known as Ping An Kou. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In Chinese culture, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy.

This is an “old mine” jadeite. It is icy translucent to highly translucent with very fine, smooth and pure texture that looks like jelly, and outstanding luster. It has pastel dusty green color with gray undertone and light Wuji marbling. Wuji refers to black marbling found in natural jadeite. It is NOT mineral inclusion. It is often compared to Chinese traditional black and white watercolor paintings for its unique picturesque patterns. It is also believed to possess protective energy and ward off negativity. The jadeite material is 100% natural untreated. This is a relatively large pendant. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. Above the jadeite pendant, there is a sterling silver charm featuring a natural grade A icy white jadeite mini donut. Although small, it has icy highly translucent clarity and nice quality.
