Grade A natural icy Jadeite Pendant with adjustable rope necklace. The pendant is made of a unique bicolored natural jadeite. The outer layer or the rind of the jadeite has intense and rich golden brown color. The inner layer of the jadeite is icy white with subtle light blue undertone. Typically, the rind of the jadeite is rough, dull and opaque but this piece's rind is completely icy translucent and lustrous just like the inner layer, the entire piece has super fine, smooth and pure texture and exceptional luster. The carving artisan artfully reserved the entire rind and cut and carved it into a teardrop shape with chiseled finish. This is a piece that showcases the original form of jadeite and how magic this gemstone can be. The pendant can be worn on either side and it is like having two pendants in one! The carving and polishing are done by hand. This is a nice sized piece with wonderful thickness. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. The pendant comes with a brown colored rope necklace that is fully adjustable up to 24.5" in length. This is 100% natural and untreated. The necklace weighs about 12 grams entirely.
