Grade A natural icy Jadeite Pendant with adjustable beaded jadeite necklace. The pendant is made of a unique bicolored natural jadeite. The outer layer or the rind of the jadeite has intense and rich golden brown color. The inner layer of the jadeite is icy white with subtle light blue undertone. Typically, the rind of the jadeite is rough, dull and opaque but this piece's rind is completely icy translucent and lustrous just like the inner layer, the entire piece has super fine, smooth and pure texture and exceptional luster. The carving artisan artfully reserved the rind as the backdrop of the pendant, and carved inner section of the piece into a stunning lotus flower. The carving is done by hand with beautiful design and intricate details. This is a nice sized piece with wonderful thickness. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. The pendant comes with a natural grade jadeite beaded necklace. It is made with icy white, yellow and green natural colored petite jadeite beads, about 3 mm each. They are hand knotted on the rope necklace. Although small, these beads have icy translucency and smooth texture. All jadeite materials used are 100% natural and untreated. The necklace is adjustable between 22" and 25" in length and weighs about 24 grams entirely. Please review all photos for details and measurements.
