Grade A natural icy light green Jadeite pendant on sterling silver box chain with adjustable length. The pendant is made out of beautiful light green colored natural grade A jadeite. The material has icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture that looks gelatinous, and outstanding luster. The pendant is hand carved into a little vase. Vase, in Chinese has similar pronunciation as "safety". So vase often symbolizes safety and good luck in Chinese culture. There is an ring bail on top of the vase that is entirely carved interlocking with the vase. This requires precision and skilled carver to accomplish. The carving is double sided, and the pendant can be worn on either side. This is 100% natural untreated! It comes with a sterling silver box chain that is adjustable up to 17" in length and about 0.56mm in thickness. The entire necklace weighs about 4 grams.
