Grade A natural icy Jadeite Pendant with adjustable rope necklace. The pendant is made of a unique tricolored natural jadeite. The outer layer or rind of the jadeite has dark golden/brown color underneath which it turns into dark dusty green, and the inner/center part of the jadeite has pastel purple color. Just a super cool and unusual color combination. Typically, the rind of the jadeite is rough, dull and opaque but this piece's rind is completely icy translucent just like the inner layer, the entire piece has very fine, smooth and pure texture and exceptional luster. The carving artisan artfully reserved the rind and carved the piece as a lotus flower peeping through two dark lily pads. The carving is done by hand with beautiful design and intricate details. This is a nice sized piece with wonderful thickness. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. There are some natural inner marbling and stone lines on the bottom and sides of the piece. Please make sure to review the photos and video. Above the pendant, there is a natural icy light purple colored jadeite round bead (about 9.4mm) as accent. All gem materials used are 100% natural and untreated. The pendant comes with a beige colored rope necklace that is fully adjustable up to 26". The necklace weighs about 25 grams entirely.
