Natural grade A Guatemalan icy Jadeite dangle earrings in sterling silver. The earrings feature beautiful natural Guatemalan icy translucent jadeite that are carved into a pair of Ruyi locks with an ring/bail carved on top. The rings are carved entirely interlocking. This type of carving must be done by hand. It is time-consuming and requires high level of carving skills. The carving is double sided with stunning design and intricate details. Ruyi is a Chinese mythological wish-granting amulet. The materials have dark teal blue color with subtle dusty/grayish undertone, super fine, pure and smooth texture that looks like jelly and excellent luster.
