Natural Guatemalan grade A icy jadeite solitaire pendant in solid sterling silver with yellow gold finish. The pendant features a natural vibrant green Guatemalan jadeite cut into a Ping An Kou cabochon. Ping An Kou is a donut shaped blessing amulet. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy. This cabochon is nice sized especially for full-body natural green jadeite. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. The backside of the cabochon is concave and backed with tinfoil. The jadeite has stunning vibrant and intense green color, icy translucent to highly translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture and amazing luster. The jadeite is 100% natural with ZERO enhancement. It is set in a sterling silver setting with yellow gold finish and a cubic zirconia accent for extra sparkle. The pendant weighs about 2 grams.
