Natural grade A Guatemalan icy Jadeite dangle earrings in sterling silver. The earrings feature beautiful natural Guatemalan icy jadeite that are carved into a pair of modified donuts with an ring/bail carved on top. Donut shaped amulets, also known as Ping An Kou are typically round, but these are rectangular. The rings on the top are carved entirely interlocking. This type of carving must be done by hand. It is time-consuming and requires high level of carving skills. The carving is double sided. The jadeite materials have icy translucent clarity, light teal green color with dusty (grayish) undertone, super fine, pure and smooth texture that looks like jelly and excellent luster. Depending on lighting, the color may appear more blue or green in person. The jadeite material are 100% natural and untreated. The earring wires are made of S925 sterling silver.
