Natural grade A Guatemalan icy highly translucent Jadeite earrings in solid sterling silver with yellow gold overlay. The earrings feature 2 donut shaped jadeite which is called Ping An Kou. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy. The jadeite in these earrings have icy highly translucent clarity, incredibly fine, clean and pure texture and exceptional luster. They are so clear and pure that they appear to glow, and so lustrous that they look as if they had been dipped in oil. These have beautiful deep teal blue color. Just amazing material! These are set in solid sterling silver settings with yellow gold overlay. There are small cubic zirconia accents for extra sparkles.
