Grade A natural Guatemalan icy dusty blue Jadeite pendant on sterling silver box chain with adjustable length. The pendant is made out of beautiful dusty blue colored natural grade A jadeite. The material has icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture that looks gelatinous, and outstanding luster. The pendant is cut into a modified donut or Ping An Kou. Ping An Kou is a donut shaped blessing amulet. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy.

There is an ring bail on top of the donut that is entirely carved interlocking with the donut. This requires precision and skilled carver to accomplish. The carving is double sided, and the pendant can be worn on either side. This is 100% natural untreated! It comes with a sterling silver chain that is adjustable up to 17" in length and about 0.56mm in thickness. The entire necklace weighs about 4 grams.
