Natural grade A Guatemalan icy jadeite pendant and necklace in sterling silver setting with cubic zirconia accents. The pendant features a natural Guatemalan jadeite gourd shaped cabochon. It is about 11x7.4mm in size. Although not a large cabochon, it has beautiful light blue color with purple undertone. Depending on lighting, the color can look more blue or purplish hue in person. Gourd or "hulu" (in Chinese) is a symbol of wealth and good luck. Besides the stunning color, the material has icy translucent to highly translucent clarity, extremely clean, fine and smooth texture and outstanding luster. It is so pure and clear that it appears to glow from certain angles. The jadeite is 100% natural Guatemalan with ZERO treatment. It is set in a sterling silver design with sparkling cubic zirconia accents. The pendant is attached to a sterling silver necklace and stationary on the necklace. The chain is Rolo style, about 2mm in width. The necklace is about 16" in length at its shortest and can be extended up to 18.25" with the extension chain. The entire necklace weighs about 3 grams.
