Natural grade A Guatemalan Jadeite carved dragon pendant with an adjustable rope necklace. The pendant features a natural Guatemalan jadeite that is naturally bicolored. Top of the piece has dark teal blue color and gradates into purplish blue toward the bottom. Depending on lighting, the color of the jadeite may appear more green or blue in person. It is carved entirely into a dragon head. The carving is completely done by hand with amazing design and intricate details. This is a nice sized carved pendant. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. The carving on the backside is asymmetrical. The material has icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture that looks like jelly, and outstanding luster. Despite the unusual thickness of the piece, light can travel through the jadeite completely and easily. The pendant is on a light beige colored rope necklace that is adjustable up to about 25" in length. The jadeite is 100% natural and untreated. The necklace weighs about 15 grams.
