Grade A natural Guatemalan icy Jadeite round beads beaded necklace with a solid sterling silver clasp and closure with yellow gold overlay. The necklace features 49 natural jadeite round beads that are 9.7-9.8 mm in size each. A few of the beads towards the back of the necklace (on either side of the clasp) are slightly smaller and about 9.4 mm in size. These beads have beautiful dark Aegean blue color, a very unique shade of blue found in natural Guatemalan jadeite, also known as "blue jeans". They are well matched in size, color and quality although there is very slight color shade variance. The beads have icy translucent clarity, super fine, pure and smooth texture that looks like jelly, and excellent luster. The beads do contain subtle white marbling. Despite the intense color, light can travel through the beads. All jadeite beads are 100% natural and untreated Guatemalan material.

The necklace is on purple colored non-stretchy cords. There is a solid sterling silver clasp and closure (with yellow gold overlay) on the back of the necklace.
