Grade A natural Guatemalan jadeite pendant on an adjustable rope necklace. The jadeite featured is cut into a “donut” shaped blessing amulet, also known as Ping An Kou. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In Chinese culture, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy.

This is an “old mine” jadeite with fine quality and deep saturated color. It is deep teal green in color. The material has icy translucent to highly translucent clarity, extremely pure smooth, fine texture that looks like jelly, and exceptional luster. The material is so lustrous that it looks as if it has been dipped in oil. The jadeite material is 100% natural untreated. The pendant is tied on a beige colored rope necklace that is adjustable up to 24” in length. The necklace weighs about 12 grams. Please refer to photos for size and measurements.
