Natural Guatemalan grade A icy jadeite pendant on an adjustable rope necklace. The jadeite featured is cut into a “donut” shaped blessing amulet, also known as Ping An Kou (in Chinese). "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy.

This is not a large pendant but not small either, and it has wonderful thickness. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. About half of the material has beautiful dark and saturated teal green color which transitions into dark teal blue on the other half. Depending on lighting, the overall color may appear more blue or green in person. It has icy highly translucent clarity, extremely pure, smooth, fine texture that looks like jelly, and exceptional luster. It is so lustrous that it looks as if it has been dipped in oil. The jadeite material is 100% natural untreated. The pendant is tied on a dark brown colored rope necklace that is fully adjustable up to 26”. It weighs about 8 grams entirely.
