Grade A natural Guatemalan Jadeite carved Koi Fish tag pendant with a rope necklace and adjustable length. This is a "large" piece with nice thickness. Please refer to the photos for actual measurements. The jadeite is cut into a near rectangle shape (the top is slightly narrower than the bottom), and is carved with nine beautiful Koi Fish on the front and highly polished on the back side. The carving is completely done by hand with amazing designs and intricate details. The polishing is done in both smooth and satin finish to bring out the dimension and the details of the carving. The jadeite has beautiful light blue color with subtle teal undertone. It has very nice icy translucent clarity and light can travel through it completely and easily, despite the thickness of the piece. It has super smooth and fine texture and outstanding luster. The jadeite has a few tiny Wuji spots and subtle white marbling as well. This is 100% natural with ZERO treatment! This piece has an impressive 34 grams weight. Above the pendant, there is a beautiful icy white natural jadeite drum bead as accent.
