Grade A natural Jadeite pendant. The jadeite is carved into a Pixiu (貔貅). Pixiu is an ancient Chinese mythological creature that feeds on gold and jewels and keeps all in. Pixiu is believed to bring protection to its wearer in his/her wealth and overall well-being, and to ward off negative energy.

This piece of Jadeite has greenish gray undertone with unique seaweed green freckle marbling. It has icy translucent to highly translucent clarity, super pure, fine and smooth texture that looks like jelly, and outstanding luster. It is all natural with ZERO treatment! The Pixiu also carries a Ruyi on his back which is a Chinese mythological wish-granting amulet. This piece is hand cut, carved with amazing details, and polished to best showcase its color and gives the fuller shape to this pendant. This pendant is tied on a olive green rope that is adjustable in length up to 26”. This is a large and thick carved piece! It is hard to find beautiful carving like this on Pixiu.
