Natural grade A Jadeite Pendant. It is a round cut icy jadeite with Wuji marbling which is a special black and/or gray marbling (乌鸡) found in jadeite. Unlike mineral inclusions, Wuji marbling is desirable and believed to possess protection energy to its wearer. Wuji’s naturally free formed patterns are often compared to Chinese black and white watercolor landscape paintings. The material has icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture, and outstanding luster. This is carved out of the center material of a bangle. This is a very large pendant. It might contain stone lines but nothing is visible to the naked eyes. 

The top of the piece is engraved with scenery (Shan Shui) such as mountains, trees, waters and buildings. It is like a landscape painting! Shan Shui , in Chinese meaning "mountains" and "waters", is often used in jadeite carving which symbolizes well wishes for someone’s career growth and wealth. The carving on this piece is done by hand with excellent details. This jadeite material is 100% natural with ZERO treatment. This pendant is tied onto a black colored rope necklace that is fully adjustable up to about 26” in length. The entire necklace weighs about 39 grams!
