Certified grade A natural icy white jadeite carved pendant in a custom solid 18K yellow gold setting. The pendant features a beautiful "old mine" natural jadeite that is icy white in color. It is cut into a teardrop shape with excellent thickness. The top of the teardrop is carved with a little Koi fish swimming upwards. The cutting and carving are all done by hand. The material has stunning icy translucent clarity, extremely fine, pure and smooth texture that looks like jelly and outstanding luster. The material is so pure and clear that it appears to glow on the edges of the jadeite. It is set in a custom setting with a lily pad design as the bail. This is a really well crafted setting with intricate details and generous amount of gold. The pendant weighs 2.7 grams entirely and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
