Certified natural grade A Guatemalan icy Jadeite carved link chain and Ping An Kou (donut) bracelet with sterling silver closure and adjustable length. The bracelet features interlocked jadeite dragon bone style link chain attached to a Ping An Kou, a donut shaped blessing amulet. This is carved out of natural grade A Guatemalan dark teal blue jadeite. The dragon bone links are unusual and sophisticated with two rings in each link. The links and the donut are hand carved entirely interlocking and as one piece. This type of carving is very complex and extremely time consuming and generates a lot of waste. This is usually done by very experienced and skilled carving artisans only.

The material used has dark teal blue color. Depending on lighting, the jadeite can look more green or blue in person. Although there is small variance in size among the links, they are approximately 8x8.6x13 mm in size in average. The material has beautiful icy translucent to highly translucent clarity, super pure, smooth and fine texture that looks like jelly, and excellent luster. The material where the links are is so clear and pure that it appears to glow. There are some subtle snowflake like marbling spots within the material. The jadeite is 100% natural and untreated. The length of the bracelet is fully adjustable up to 9.25” in length including the closure and about 8.25” in length for just the jadeite links. The hook clasp can attach to any link on the bracelet and is fully adjustable to any shorter length if needed. The bracelet has solid sterling silver hook closure. There is also a butterfly charm at the end of the closure. The charm is carved out of natural Guatemalan light teal colored jadeite. It has icy translucent clarity and extremely pure and fine texture. Just gorgeous material as well. The entire jadeite bracelet weighs about 16.86 grams (excluding the sterling silver closure), and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
