Certified grade A natural Guatemalan Jadeite carved Pixiu and round jadeite beads beaded bracelet with sterling silver accents. Pixiu is an ancient Chinese mythological creature that feeds on gold and jewels and keeps all in. Pixiu is believed to bring protection to its wearer in his/her wealth and overall well-being, and to ward off negative energy.

The jadeite material of this Pixiu has gorgeous icy highly translucent clarity, extremely fine, pure, and smooth texture that looks like jelly, and incredible luster. It is so clear and pure that it appears to glow, and so lustrous that it looks as if it has been dipped in oil. It is dark teal blue in color. PLEASE KNOW the pictures show more blue than teal, but in person, this material definitely has more teal tone than blue. The Pixiu, unlike the traditional design, has wings. It is hand carved with beautiful design and amazing details. The Pixiu comes with a certificate of authenticity. It weighs 12.76 grams by itself.

The rest of the bracelet is made of natural Guatemalan round jadeite beads with matching color. The beads have icy translucent clarity, super fine and pure texture and amazing luster. They are about 6.8mm in size, very well matched in color, size and quality. All jadeite material used is all natural Guatemalan jadeite with ZERO treatment! On either side of the Pixiu, there are two sterling silver beads as accent. The bracelet is on mint green colored non-stretchy ropes, and fits about 6.75” in length.
