Certified natural Guatemalan grade A jadeite pendant on an adjustable rope necklace. This is not a large pendant but with excellent thickness. Please refer to photos for measurement and size. The jadeite material has beautiful dark teal blue color, icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture and outstanding luster! It is carved into a Ping An Kou which is a donut shaped blessing amulet. It symbolizes safety and good luck. This Ping An Kou has a stunning lotus flower carved on top of the donut and an interlocked teardrop at the bottom of the donut. The interlocking teardrop is carved entirely attached with the lotus flower. This type of carving is time-consuming, and demands precision, and generates a lot of waste. Only highly skilled carvers can achieve it. The carving is all done by hand with intricate details. Even the backside of the piece is carved as well, very beautiful and unique design! This is 100% natural with ZERO treatment! The jadeite comes with a certificate of authenticity and weighs 10.31 grams by itself.
