Certified grade A natural Guatemalan Jadeite Carved Shan Shui Pai Pendant with adjustable rope necklace. Shan Shui, in Chinese, means "Mountains" and "Waters". Shan Shui pendant typically has a landscape scenery carved/engraved on a piece of jadeite. It bears well wishes for one's personal and professional growth. The carving and engraving on this piece is completely done by hand with extraordinary design and intricate designs.

This pendant features a unique and rare jadeite material. It has natural full-body intense yellow color. It is common to see yellow marbling in Guatemalan jadeite but it is unusual to find an entire piece of material in yellow color and also with such strong saturation. The yellow is so intense that it is approaching red undertone. And this is a relatively large piece with wonderful thickness. Please refer to photos for measurements. Besides the astonishing color, this material has nice translucency, extremely pure, fine and smooth texture and amazing luster.

PLEASE NOTE there is a stone line within the material that can be seen on the back side of the pendant towards the top. It is shown in the photos.
