Certified grade A natural Guatemalan icy Jadeite link chain necklace with sterling silver closure and adjustable length. The necklace features interlocked jadeite links chain which is made of natural grade A Guatemalan jadeite. The links are completely hand carved entirely interlocking. This type of carving is very complex and extremely time consuming and generates a lot of waste. This is usually done by very experienced and skilled carvers only. The material used has a gradient of blue colors ranging from light dusty blue to dark teal green. Although there is some slight variance in size, each link is approximately 8.27mm wide, 11.3mm long and 2.38mm thick. The material has icy translucent to highly translucent clarity, very pure and fine texture and amazing luster. It is 100% natural and untreated. The length of the jadeite chain is about 23.5". The chain has a solid sterling silver hook closure along with an solid sterling silver link extension chain. It is adjustable in length between 23.5" and 25". The entire bracelet including clasp and extension chain weighs 45 grams. This chain comes with a certificate of authenticity. This is a super unique jadeite piece and truly a work of art.
