Certified natural grade A icy jadeite pendant with adjustable rope necklace. It features a natural vibrant green jadeite, cut into Ping An Kou, a donut shaped blessing amulet. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy. This is a nice sized Ping An Kou for natural vibrant green jadeite, and it has nice thickness. The jadeite is mostly green with a few spots of white jadeite marbling. It has the brighter shade of vibrant green that is also known as "hot green" or "spicy green". It is a highly sought-after green color shade for jadeite collectors. It is opaque but smooth and fine texture and great luster. It has very minimal dark colored spots which are typically found in this type of material. The donut is fully engraved with retro style floral designs, done by hand. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. Above the Ping An Kou, there is a Pandora style sterling silver charm with yellow gold finish. It features a 4mm round jadeite cabochon that is natural Guatemalan jadeite. The materials used are 100% natural and untreated. The pendant comes with rope necklace made of brown colored waxed cotton ropes. It is fully adjustable up to 25" in length.
