Certified natural grade A icy wuji Jadeite carved curb chain bracelet with stainless steel closure. The bracelet features carved jadeite rings in curb chain style. Each ring is carved individually and then assembled together link by link. Each link has a small opening on the underside of the chain and the opening is sealed or closed up with resin. This is a very labor intensive process. The links are very well matched in size, shape and craftmanship, and perfectly connected together to form a super smooth chain bracelet. This is completely made of natural grade A icy wuji jadeite. Wuji refers to black marbling found in natural jadeite. It is NOT mineral inclusion. It is often compared to Chinese traditional black and white watercolor paintings for its unique picturesque patterns. It is also believed to possess protective energy and ward off negativity. The jadeite has both white and Wuji marbling, icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture, and outstanding luster. All jadeite used are 100% natural and untreated. The chain has a stainless steel clip closure. The bracelet is about 9.7 mm wide and 4.48 mm thick and is about a little over 7.5" in length including the closure. The jadeite chain portion alone is a little over 6.5" in length. Please know the length is NOT adjustable. It weighs 22.16 grams, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
