Certified natural grade A icy jadeite ring set in custom handcrafted sterling silver setting. The ring features a beautiful natural icy jadeite large oval cabochon. It is about 12x15.6mm in size with excellent thickness. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. The jadeite has natural light purple color. The jadeite material has icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture that looks like jelly, and excellent luster. Some crystal structure can be seen when light shines through it. And there are very fine surface natural blemishes. It is hard to see but we have shown them in closeup photos. It is common for natural purple jadeite to have surface blemishes. Depending on lighting, the color of the jadeite may appear more or less saturated in person (i.e. the color appears darker under dimmer lighting and more saturated under artificial lighting or candle light). The cab is set in a custom handcrafted solitaire style setting. The setting is well made with generous amount of solid sterling silver. The band is wide, about 4.7 mm in width.
