Certified natural grade A jadeite pendant on an adjustable rope necklace. The jadeite material has natural light beige color. Under certain lighting, it shows subtle light green undertone. The material has nice icy translucent clarity, super fine, smooth and pure texture that looks like jelly, and excellent luster! There is a small patch of less translucent marbling at the very bottom of the pendant. The jadeite is cut into a Ping An Kou. Ping An Kou is a donut shaped blessing amulet. "Ping An" in Chinese means "peace and safety" while "Kou" means "button". In many cultures, it symbolizes safety and good luck, typically used for protection and warding off negative energy. This Ping An Kou has retro style engraving on both sides of the donut. The jadeite is 100% natural with ZERO treatment! This is a nice sized pendant with great thickness. It is about 33.8mm wide and 8.25mm thick. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. The donut alone weighs 19.76 grams and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
