Certified grade A natural Jadeite carved Pixiu ring in handcrafted solid sterling silver setting. This is a custom solitaire style ring made of generous amount of silver. The ring features a natural grade A natural yellow jadeite. It is bright and lighter shade of yellow, similar to the color of lemonade, very pretty and unique. This is 100% natural and untreated. Besides the amazing color, the material has icy highly translucent clarity, extremely fine, pure and smooth texture that looks like jelly, and exceptional luster. It is exciting to offer natural yellow jadeite with beautiful color and such fine quality at the same time. The jadeite is hand carved into a Pixiu. Pixiu is an ancient Chinese mythological creature that feeds on gold and jewels and keeps all in. Pixiu is believed to bring protection to its wearer in his/her wealth and overall well-being, and to ward off negative energy. The carving is all done by hand with beautiful design and intricate details. This is a nice sized and thick jadeite, especially given the special color and quality. The jadeite alone measures about 13.6x9.6mm in size, and 6.3mm in depth. The narrowest part of the band (on the back) is about 2.1mm in width. Please refer to photos for actual measurements.
