Grade A natural icy jadeite engraved barrel bead pendant on a rope necklace with sterling silver button closure. The necklace features a large barrel shaped bead, made from natural jadeite. The Jadeite has beautiful beige (light yellow) color with a strike of rich honey brown marbling. This is a large sized barrel bead, about 14.5x11.75x46.5 mm in size. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. It is entirely engraved with Shan Shui design. Shan Shui, in Chinese, means "Mountains" and "Waters". Shan Shui pendant typically has a landscape scenery carved/engraved on a piece of jadeite. It bears well wishes for one's personal and professional growth. The engraving on the bead is entirely done by hand with beautiful design and details. The material is semi-translucent, fine and pure texture, and excellent luster. Please know there are some surface blemishes especially over the brown marbled area. Please review the photos and video for details. This jadeite material is 100% natural with ZERO treatment. The jadeite weighs 13.5 grams and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The necklace is hand braided using dark brown colored necklace that is about 18.25" in length.
