Certified natural Guatemalan grade A icy jadeite large solitaire ring in handcrafted solid sterling silver setting. It features an oval stunning natural Guatemalan jadeite cabochon. It is about 10.26x8.65 mm in size and about 4.94mm in depth. This is a nice sized and thick cabochon. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. This is an old mine jadeite. The jadeite has stunning midnight blue color with subtle teal undertone. The color is so saturated that it looks almost like black under natural indoor lighting. When light shines through it, it shows beautiful teal blue color. The jadeite material has icy highly translucent clarity, incredibly fine, smooth and clean texture that looks like jelly, and outstanding luster. Despite the thickness of the jadeite and the saturated color, light can travel through the material completely and easily. This is completely natural with zero enhancement. The setting is 100% handcrafted in a custom design. There is generous amount of sterling silver used in the ring. Even the underside of the ring is completely finished off with solid sterling silver.
