Certified grade A natural Guatemalan carved Jadeite pendant on an adjustable rope necklace. This is a large pendant. It is about 55mm (height) x 38mm (width) in size. Please refer to photos for actual measurements. This is a rare and exciting opportunity. The jadeite material is 100% natural Guatemalan and has beautiful teal blue color with dusty undertone. The material has icy highly translucent clarity, super fine and smooth texture that looks gelatinous, and incredible luster. The front of the pendant is carved with mountains, trees, and temples, and worshipping monks towards Buddha. Buddha is carved through a special technique called Intaglio carving or sunken engraving. It was actually done on the backside. The pendant is fully carved on both sides. The piece has both polished and matte finishes to better showcase the carving through texture. The carving is completely done by hand with exquisit design and intricate details, just amazing craftsmanship. The jadeite is 100% natural with ZERO treatment. It weighs 18.45 grams and comes with a certificate of authenticity. It is tied on a dusty blue colored rope necklace. It is fully adjustable up to 28” in length. This is even prettier in person.
