Certified grade A natural Guatemalan Jadeite carved Pixiu ring in solid sterling silver. This is a handmade custom design solitaire ring with generous amount of silver. The ring features a natural Guatemalan dusty teal green colored jadeite. It is carved into a little pixiu. Although small, the carving is on point with beautiful design and intricate details. Pixiu is an ancient Chinese mythological creature that feeds on gold and jewels and keeps all in. Pixiu is believed to bring protection to its wearer in his/her wealth and overall well-being, and to ward off negative energy. The jadeite has icy highly translucent clarity, super clean, fine and smooth texture that looks like jelly, and outstanding luster. The band of the ring is made of solid sterling silver.
