Grade A natural Guatemalan icy Jadeite pendant in a custom solid sterling silver setting with black rhodium plating. It features a natural and genuine "old mine" Guatemalan Wuji Jadeite material. Wuji refers to black marbling found in natural jadeite. It is NOT mineral inclusion. It is often compared to Chinese traditional black and white watercolor paintings for its unique picturesque patterns. It is also believed to possess protective energy and ward off negativity.

It is cut into a vase shaped blessing amulet known as Wu Shi Pai. Wu Shi Pai is a piece of jadeite without any carving or engraving. It symbolizes safety and good luck, and is believed to bring protection to its wearer. This piece has amazing icy highly translucent clarity, extremely fine, pure and smooth texture that looks like jelly and outstanding luster. It looks dark in color but light can travel through it completely and easily. There is a tiny tool scuff towards the top of the jadeite. It can be seen mostly from an angle when light reflects off the surface. This is set in a custom vase design setting made of solid sterling silver with black rhodium plating. There are small cubic zirconia accents in the setting for extra sparkle and color accent. The entire pendant weighs about 3 grams.
