Grade A natural Guatemalan Jadeite crescent pendant on 999 sterling silver necklace (B). It features a beautiful crescent-shaped jadeite carved with two fish swimming towards each other. The carving and engraving on this piece are all done by hand with intricate details and beautiful design. The jadeite is old mine material. It has stunning teal blue color, icy translucent to highly translucent clarity, super fine, pure and smooth texture that looks jelly-like, and outstanding luster. It is attached to a beautiful 999 purity sterling silver specialty chain necklace. It is hallmarked 999 for authenticity. The chain is about 1.4mm in thickness, well made, smooth and shinny! Sterling silver with 999 purity has more silver content than 925 sterling silver and, therefore, has more weight to it. This entire necklace weighs about 10 grams. Even though this is a sturdy and solid piece, silver is malleable and can become brittle if bent repeatedly. Please wear with care.
