There is one spot of natural blemishes on the side towards one of the drill holes. This is shown and marked in photos. Please make sure to review all photos for details. You can't really see it from the front. This is considered very minimal imperfection. It is 100% natural and genuine. On either side of the pearl, there are solid sterling silver accent beads. This is on off-white colored non-stretchy cords and has a solid sterling silver closure. The necklace is about 18.5\" in length including the clasp. It weighs about 12 grams entirely.
